Where do you source your products from?
All of the eco-friendly, artisan products in our gift boxes are sourced from small and independent businesses in the West Country, mainly from Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
How do you select the products that go into the gift boxes?
We spend a lot of time researching, sampling and connecting with suppliers before hand-selecting artisan products that are beautiful, unique and created with passion and a commitment to quality and sustainability.
All products must be from West Country artisans, including gifts from Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset and all packaging must be plastic-free with every effort made to be eco-friendly.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes we're happy to write a gift note onto one of our pretty postcards and include this in your box. Please include your note in the message section at check out.
Can I customise a gift box?
Absolutely! We're happy to work with you to create the perfect gift box, whoever you are shopping for and whatever the occasion. We will be adding a 'make your own' option in due course, but for now please contact us to discuss any requests or to chat through ideas for a particular gift you may have in mind.
How often do you add new collections and products?
We're always updating our product line with new gift boxes, responding to particular times of the year, lovely new products that we find locally, and taking on requests, ideas and recommendations from our amazing customers!
We have a wide range of artisan gift sets to suit whether you are shopping for gifts for Dad, Mum, Aunt, Grandma, friends, neighbours, teachers or colleagues! We aim to customise our gift boxes to varying interests and have gifts for children, gifts for men, pamper gifts, chocolate gifts, coffee gifts, tea gifts, relaxation gifts, outdoors gifts, all sorts!

Are your products eco-friendly?
We have carefully selected all our suppliers based on environmental credentials as well as quality. All products are free of single use plastic and sustainably packaged. We choose to support suppliers who are striving to do all that they can to operate in environmentally conscious and ethical ways.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We do all that we can to provide as eco-friendly and minimal packaging as possible. We want to present our gift boxes in a beautiful but simple way using products that are created from recycled or sustainable sourced stock and that are suitable for home composting or recycling.
This means ink that is water, vegetable or soy-based and non-toxic compostable adhesive on our stickers. We package the box in a compostable bag that can be reused, and the shipping label and all packaging products can also be composted along with the bag.
We understand that while sustainable packaging sounds great and is something that a lot of our customers are looking for, it can still be confusing knowing exactly what can go where and how to dispose of everything.
So in each box we provide a handy product information sheet that includes details on how to dispose with packaging at the end of its life.
How quickly will my gift box be dispatched?
We will dispatch your gift box within one working day, with shipping timeframes 2 - 5 days for standard or 1 - 2 days for express. If for any reason there is a delay or variation on this timeframe we will be in touch with you to discuss.
If I'm ordering a gift box for a particular occasion, can I specify a delivery date?
Yes absolutely! We're happy to try and time delivery for a particular date, just let us know. We can most accurately control this with the express shipping option as we can dispatch and request next day shipping. Please let us know the selected date in the comments.
Does somebody need to sign for it when the gift box is delivered to the recipient?
No, nobody needs to be present to sign for delivery of the box. If you have any concern about delivery and would like to add the requirement for a signature please contact us.
If I'm unhappy with a gift box, can I return it?
Yes, we hope that you love your gift box, but if for any reason you're unhappy with it you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. There are some exclusions to what you can return but we can talk you through this, the first step is to get in touch with us. Read more about our refunds policy here.
